We believe that, God willing, for the greatest gospel impact from applying the limited resources He has entrusted to Multiply, we should focus on equipping church leaders to lead well.

Multiply’s Leadership Development Program supports pastors on their journey, offering training, monthly coaching to help implement the things you have learned and reflect on your unique ministry context, and a supportive cohort for group learning and idea-sharing. A church consult is also available to identify strengths and improvement areas. Over 2 years and three intensives, the program strengthens leadership convictions and skills through a biblically rich, theologically driven focus on the Word using practical tools developed and tested in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Three Leadership Intensives

Gather three times for four-day retreats with the same cohort. Meet with 8-12 church leaders from various denominations and contexts from across New Zealand. Make strong connections in the network and share your wisdom with others over your lifetime of ministry.
